40-Hr Certified Asbestos Supervisor Initial
This is a 4-day (40 Hour) course & satisfies the requirements outlined through the EPA Model Accreditation Plan addressing asbestos regulations, medical surveillance, health effects, worker protection, sampling, work practices, removal techniques, and other safety and health considerations.
WA State L&I requires at least 1600 documented hours on application. WA State L&I requires that an affidavit of experience is submitted to the Department. Please find this at https://lni.wa.gov/forms-publications/F413-078-000.pdf

Upon completion of this course and review of submitted documentation WA State Labor & Industries will issue each student a certified asbestos supervisor card which allows the student to perform Class I, II, III, & IV asbestos work at the supervisor level.
